Happy Mother's Day 2014 to our wonderful mothers!

This year, Tim and I were brainstorming about what to buy you, our moms, for Mother's Day. We quickly agreed that neither of you really needed any more "stuff"--and neither of you probably wanted any either. We thought that what you'd like most of all would be a greater effort on our part to keep you up to date on the "stuff" of our lives instead. And so this blog was born! Notice this isn't Facebook, where we are just throwing our stuff out into cyberspace. Rather, this is a private blog that is specifically for you. We are committing to posting at least twice every month, complete with lots of pictures, detailed entries, and maybe even a video now and then (Tim's domain!). We'll send an e-mail every time we post so that you don't have to worry about forgetting to check in or missing something. Here are just a few of the posts that you can anticipate in the coming weeks:

But in addition to all that, we'll just give you some updates on regular, everyday life around here!
